Aquatic Invasive Spread Prevention Signage: Paddle-Shaped Sign

Details

In 2012, the Northern Forest Canoe Trail accessed funding from the Lake Champlain Basin Program to undergo a process to develop aquatic invasive spread prevention signage specifically targeting paddlers. The message was developed with the support of paddlers and local, state, and federal groups to ensure user-friendly imagery an effective protocol. Since the development of the signage a number of groups have reached out to the NFCT from across the country seeking use of the signage. Due to the outpouring of requests the NFCT has decided to stock the signage to make it easier to provide for other water trails and watershed groups. If you would like your logo shown on the sign you can contract NFCT staff (for an additional charge) to modify the design and have unique signs fabricated for your group. For more information contact NFCT Trail Director Walter Opuszynski (walter@northernforestcanoetrail.org or (802)496-2285 ext.2)
