The Northern Forest Canoe Trail and Lamoille River Paddlers Trail will be collaborating to offer a fun, educational paddling experience for participants of all ages and abilities. Along the river between Cady’s Falls and Waterman Brook we will discuss impacts to our waterways and the greater health of the Lake Champlain Basin. Meet at 8:30 a.m. in Cadys Falls at a river access on Duhamel Road. From here, we will paddle about 6 miles to Waterman Brook river access on East River Road. We plan to be on the water from about 9:30am to 1:00/1:30pm. Shuttles will be coordinated for participants. This trip is part of the NFCT’s 2026 Rivers of Connection community paddling series sponsored by the Lake Champlain Basin Program. Registration is required.
